By accessing or using the services ClickCognix provides, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Client Obligations:  Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to implement digital marketing strategies successfully. Clients must also comply with all legal requirements and ensure that any content provided does not violate third-party rights.

Payment and Fees: Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the agreement. Payments are due as outlined in the payment schedule. Please make timely payments to avoid the suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable.

Confidentiality: ClickCognix and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, trade secrets, and marketing plans.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all outstanding fees shall become immediately due.

Governing Law: The laws of Pakistan govern these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

ClickCognix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Our Team will notify the client of any changes, and continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. By using ClickCognix’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
